RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively seek new business opportunities with clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients on key accounts.
  • Maintain client expectations by promptly relaying project statuses and managing workflow.
  • Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the senior team informs and drives synergy across communication platforms.

MUSTS:

  • 4+ years in business development, and customer-focused management.
  • Superior presentation skills with the ability to persuade and inform, while maintaining agency standards and strategic point-of-view.
  • Ability to recognize, develop and enhance concepts conceived by staff and direct translation across all channels.
  • Experience managing the creative process and brand standards.
  • Experience writing proposals and client briefings.
  • Large brand experience preferred.
  • Must be industry aware of current events, trends, and general advertising culture.

JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

Can you make it sing?

You need to translate the clients’ ideas into the creatives’ skills. You’re the go-between, the translator and the ringleader for big ideas and tight deadlines. Your iCal is full, your inbox is humming and your face is smiling—you’re our next Junior Account Manager.

This is a contract position from May to September, with a chance to extend beyond that.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Account Executives & Account Managers to track deliverables & manage workflow
  • Communicate effectively with clients on key accounts
  • Maintain client expectations by promptly relaying project statuses

MUSTS:

  • 1 year in customer-focused management
  • Experience managing the creative process and brand standards
  • Large brand experience preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented approach
  • Exceptional communication skills
